"Double charged me for the month of August. My original twice yearly car insurance was from. September 15 to March 15th. StateFarm Agent re-did my bill when I called to change from $100,000, $300,000, $50,000 to $100,000, $300,000, $100,000 to be from August 15 to March 15th when I was already covered by my previous payment which was from March 15 to September 15. Also found out StateFarm is way overpriced. I went with another company for both my car and homeowners insurance. I got higher coverage limits for much lower cost. For instance state farm homeowners insurance only had $100,000 liability - this was raised to $500,000 for much less. This was just one of many. Am sad to leave a company I have been with for years, but the internet is full of bad press for Statefarm not paying thousands of claims for all over the country when people lose everything due.
Please StateFarm stop sending me texts asking / demanding I give a 5 star review. You raised my homeowners insurance so high, same with my car insurance and sent me paper with my car insurance bill showing you incorrectly double billed me for August 15th when my yearly car renewal for years was due September 15th!"
